Before entering the mortgage industry, Pacey built a successful career in radio and broadcasting spanning nearly two decades. His career began in San Diego with the legendary Jeff & Jer morning show and has taken him to radio stations across California and beyond, including stops in Bakersfield, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Sacramento. Years behind the microphone taught him the importance of communication, building relationships, and—most importantly—listening to people and understanding what matters to them.
